Our pizza dough is freshly made; we do not use frozen or prepared dough that has been processed in a 3rd party facility. All our fresh pizza ingredients are prepared in our kitchen. Some of our premium ingredients; Meatball topping is our actual Meatball used on our Pasta Dinner’s; Sausage topping is fresh Mild Italian Sausage that has been portioned out for pizza.
We utilize a traditional deck oven, we believe it has a more authentic taste than the conveyor ovens that most Chain Pizza Restaurant utilizes. All pizzas are fresh & will take some time to prepare & bake.
